All orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday. Orders are packed in insulated boxes and packed with dry ice to ensure frozen delivery. Shipments are made by FedEx. The cost of shipment is determined by the weight of the order, size of the box(es), and their destination, as well as the choice of shipping service. The least expensive is GROUND, which does not GUARANTEE a specific date of arrival. The amount of time in transit is determined by the zip code of destination.
If you choose the least expensive, which is GROUND, it could take up to five (5) days for delivery, depending on the zip code of delivery. We will guarantee three (3) day deliveries to arrive frozen. Shipments made on Monday must arrive by Thursday to guarantee frozen delivery. Shipments made on Tuesday must arrive on Friday to guarantee frozen delivery. This is especially important during the summer months. GROUND DOES NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!

Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal as payment. You may also pay by check or money order. However, we must receive payment prior to shipment. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship COD orders.
